Lunch

Well the onion rings did not stand a chance as I dug into the bag ;) After I finished my veggie burger I searched for a lone onion ring that may have missed my first sweep but none remained ;)

How do you deal with temptations for unhealthy food such as onion rings? I tend to just get a small size instead of total denial.

Weighed in on Saturday and tracked my points Sat, Sun, Mon, and then fell off the wagon Tues :/ Yesterday did better and today I am back on track.
